How to reach us
billing.labs@sfgoc.org is the SFGOC Labs billing and product-support mailbox. It is the fastest route for anything about an existing account, an invoice, or a product that is misbehaving.
Everything else goes through the SFGOC contact page at sfgoc.org/contact. Please say “SFGOC Labs” and name the product and the category, so it is routed without a round trip. There is no phone line and no live chat for Labs — those channels do not exist, so we do not list them.
For a vulnerability report, read our security page before writing. For questions about whether something is usable yet, the product stages page probably answers it faster than we can.
