Inside HausHub

Illustrative interface with simulated data. It shows how HausHub is designed to feel, not a recording of a live system.

What it does

A central household display for HausPlatz and HausKreis.

HausHub is the dedicated central interface for the household. It is envisioned to bring HausPlatz and HausKreis together on an always-available display: calendar, meals, chores, groceries, reminders, weather, household communication, family location, video calling, recipe discovery, cooking, smart-home information and doorbell events.

A functional prototype has been built and tested using a large touchscreen and a compact computer. That is prototype validation of the experience — not a commercially manufactured device.

Use cases

Situations it is designed for

  1. 01

    The kitchen counter

Dinner, groceries and the evening plan are visible where the household actually gathers.

No one has to open an app to know what is happening tonight.

  2. 02

    Ambient evenings

After inactivity, the display stops being a dashboard and becomes part of the room.

Time, weather and glanceable information inside an original animated scene.

  3. 03

    Everyone in view

Family status from HausKreis and door events from HausBell meet on one surface.

Prototype validation of the experience — hardware is not manufactured.

Illustrative scenarios — not customer accounts.
